Mobile Trommel Screen
The mobile gold trommel is an optimized portable machine for gold recovery. It is composed of a hopper, trommel, chassis, tires, turntable, generator, water pump, gearing, and control panel It is applicable to small, medium-scale, and big-scale placer/soil gold ore processing.

Mobile trommel screen is usually used at the primary separation period of placer gold mining so as to washing and screen the gold ore. The upper sizes out are always reckoned as useless materials. The bottom sizes which contain the gold are usually processed by a centrifugal concentrator or gold sluice box continuously to upgrade the gold ore. The concentrates of the centrifugal concentrator could be processed by shaking table which is used to separate the gold from other minerals.
The drum can be divided into heavy-duty and light-duty.
Heavy duty: the drum has a double-layer structure, an inner layer with a dense steel bar structure, which can prevent large material damage to the screen mesh directly, greatly improving the service life and screening efficiency of the whole washing plant.
Light duty: the drum has a single-layer screen, it is used in a material that no large size material is included, its advantage is light, which can reduce the weight of the whole equipment and energy consumption.
