Chute Feeder
The chute feeder is a periodic reciprocating feeding device widely used in mining, building materials, chemical, and other industries. It is primarily designed to convey bulk materials from storage bins to crushers and similar equipment, ensuring uniform and continuous feeding.

Chute Feeder Structure
Electric motor: Provides driving power.
Gear reducer: Reduces rotational speed and transmits power to the eccentric mechanism.
Coupling: Connects the motor to the gear reducer.
Eccentric mechanism: Converts the rotary motion from the gear reducer into linear reciprocating motion of the feed plate.
Feed plate: The bottom plate of the trough that moves back and forth under the action of the eccentric mechanism to transport material.
Chute frame and rollers: Support and guide the reciprocating motion of the feed plate.
Working Principle
The chute feeder discharges bulk material from the hopper onto the perforated plate at the bottom of the trough. Driven by an electric motor, the eccentric mechanism causes the perforated plate—connected to the reducer—to perform reciprocating linear motion on the rollers. This motion propels the material forward uniformly, ensuring consistent and continuous discharge from the feeder.
