Project Overview: Tanzania Oxidized Gold Project
Africa‘s gold sector continues to heat up in 2026, and Tanzania stands at the center of this growth with rich oxidized gold deposits and favorable mining conditions. Recently, our latest overseas project has reached a key milestone: the new oxidized gold gravity separation project in Tanzania has entered the full installation stage. Meanwhile, our complete set of gravity separation equipment is arriving on site, and construction is moving ahead on schedule. As a result, this strong progress paves the way for a smooth production startup.
Why Gravity Separation for Oxidized Gold Ore?
Oxidized gold ores in Africa often present common challenges: high clay content, loose and friable structure, unevenly distributed gold particles, and impurities. However, traditional methods like cyanidation and flotation involve complex flowsheets, high costs, environmental concerns, and require skilled operators. Therefore, these methods do not fit small- and medium-scale African mines.
For this reason, we took a different approach for this project. Specifically, we designed a fully physical gravity separation process to recover free gold. This system uses no chemicals, produces zero pollution, and starts up quickly. In short, this makes it a natural fit for African oxidized gold operations.
Standardized Equipment Suite for Closed-Loop Processing
We equipped this line with our full range of proven beneficiation machinery. As a result, every stage connects seamlessly. The outcome is an integrated closed-loop system covering washing, crushing, grinding, roughing, and cleaning.
Double-Spiral Log Washer: Removes clay from the raw ore, solving the common headache of clogging in oxidized ore processing.
Two-Stage Hammer Crusher: Reduces material in steps, giving precise control over feed size for downstream stages.
Jig Concentrator + Centrifugal Concentrator: Roughing stage that quickly recovers coarse free gold and achieves early enrichment of precious metals.
Ball Mill + Classifier: Deliver fine grinding and accurate size screening, ensuring uniform and stable pulp quality.
Carpet Sluice + Shaking Table: Capture fine gold particles and perform high-precision separation and purification.
Overall, each step boosts recovery and adds value to the oxidized gold resource.
Installation Progress & Future Outlook
On-site work in Tanzania is moving forward in an organized way. Currently, our team is working hard to meet the schedule, following strict installation standards. For instance, current tasks include equipment positioning and piping connections. Once we complete installation and commissioning, production will officially begin. At that point, the client will benefit from a stable, efficient, and low-cost gold processing operation.
Looking ahead, we remain fully committed to the African mining market in 2026 and beyond. We serve a wide range of deposit types, including oxidized gold, vein gold, and alluvial gold. Moreover, our offering covers process design, equipment supply, on-site installation, and after-sales support. So, if you need help with gold process optimization, equipment selection, or production line setup, we welcome your inquiry.
