Working principle
The unit operates on a vibration-based screening mechanism:
A vibration motor drives the screen box to produce periodic reciprocating vibrations.
Under the combined action of vibration and gravity, the feed material is stratified and separated:
Coarse materials are retained on the upper screen layers and discharged at the tail end.
Fine materials pass through the screen apertures to lower layers or directly to downstream processing equipment.
The multi-deck screen design (standard 2-layer) allows for adjustable screening precision by changing screen mesh sizes and vibration frequency parameters, catering to different ore types and process requirements.
