XFD-12 Lab Flotation Machine/ Flotation Cell is supplied with 6 sizes of flotation tank(stainless steel or acrylic) which enables it to do rougher, cleaning and scavenging tests.

Denver flotation machine is suitable for the flotation of colored, black, non-metallic, and coal below -35 mesh; it can be used for flotation tests of 125-3000 grams of flotation samples.

Denver Flotation Machine Structure

XFD-12 laboratory flotation machine consists of the following main components: lifting mechanism, head part, stator, rotor part, frequency converter, and control switch.

All the parts are connected to the vertical column. The main shaft is driven by the motor to rotate in clockwise direction. The rotation speed of the impeller is controlled by the inverter. The main shaft is driven by the motor to move up and down through screw lift.
