Working Principle of Disc Vacuum Filter

This equipment comprises chassis, large and small filter discs, exhaust pipes, water supply pipes, electrical appliances, vacuum pumps, vacuum tanks, and other parts.

There is a filter system composed of large and small filter discs, suction pipes, vacuum tanks and vacuum gauges, which are directly connected to the negative pressure area of the vacuum pump, eliminating the need for a complete set of devices such as gas-water separation. It is directly pumped out by the vacuum pump, which improves the filtration efficiency, reduces the number of shutdowns and starts, reduces the failure, and prolongs the service life of the equipment.
