Working Principle of Dry magnetic separator
It consists of a fixed magnetic pole, a rotating speed magnetic pole of the roller, an excitation winding, and an excitation DC power supply installed on the two, and the upper and lower magnetic poles are arranged in parallel. A closed magnetic circuit is formed by two rollers with a diameter of 120mm and the lower plane magnetic pole. The working distance between the two poles can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the backing plate. By adjusting the voltage of the voltage regulator, the silicon element supplies the fixed excitation group, and the DC current is supplied to the roller-rotating magnetic pole excitation winding through the brush, which can be smoothly raised from zero to rated ground to the rated value.
