ZKB Linear Vibrating Screen for Ore Processing & Mining
ZKB Linear Vibrating Screen is a highly efficient screening machine designed to separate materials into various particle sizes for further processing. It is widely used in ore processing plants, sand and gravel production, coal preparation, and other industries.
Structurally, the linear vibrating screen consists of a screen frame, supporting device, driving unit, and vibration isolation system. Moreover, the robust screen frame is manufactured in a bolted design, ensuring exceptional durability. The machine can be driven by several exciters or a pair of vibrating motors. In addition, it can be equipped with either PU screen panels or stainless-steel sieve meshes, depending on your specific application.
The linear vibrating screen is ideal for screening granular bulk materials. Therefore, it is widely applied in mining, sand and gravel, coal, glass and ceramic, recycling and waste, fertilizer and detergent, cement, and many other industries.
Working principle
The ZKB vibrating screen adopts a seat or flange exciter, which is driven by two motors rotating in opposite directions and synchronously. Specifically, the self-synchronization technology is driven by two motors, and the exciter is driven by a winding coupling.
When the two groups of exciters rotate synchronously and reversely, the exciting force produced by the eccentric block cancels each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis and is perpendicular to the motor axis. The two axes have an inclination to the screen surface. Consequently, under the action of the excitation force, the screen box moves in a reciprocating straight line. The material is thrown up and jumped forward in a straight-line motion to achieve the purpose of screening.
