Triple Head Grinding Machine Working Principle
The grinding head, the mortar support and the clutch are evenly installed on the turntable at 120 degrees to each other. Among the bearings of the turntable, there are material receiving support plates and electrical appliances on the front of the base, and the motor is installed on the left.
When the clutch is connected, the motor drives the grinding head to rotate through the pulley, the gear shaft and the universal joint. The other end of the gear shaft and the gear teeth of the mortar support. Because the forward rotation of the pestle and the same rotation of the mortar produce relative sliding, the self-weight of the grinding head generates pressure to grind the material.
