Vibrating Sluice box Working Principle

This equipment operates on a principle combining mechanical vibration with water washing separation. Through specific-frequency mechanical vibrating, the sluice bed generates rhythmic vibrations, allowing mineral particles to efficiently stratify based on density differences under gravity.

In practical applications, heavy minerals (like gold) settle into specially designed grooves, while lighter minerals are flushed away by water flow – creating a fully automated separation process.
